Cadillac Fairview has acquired Lincoln Property Company’s residential division, Lincoln Residential. The unit is no longer affiliated with Lincoln Property Company’s commercial division, which recently announced the appointment of new co-CEOs and a strategic investment from Stone Point Capital.
